Press Releases
September 1, 2026
Real-world asset (RWA) total value locked (TVL) across ZeroDev accounts on Base and BNB Chain reached a new all-time high of approximately $585,000 in August 2026. That represents a 121% month-over-month increase.
The growth coincided with three ZeroDev product updates designed to make onchain applications easier to build, access, and operate:
Together, these updates give teams more flexibility to move assets onchain, onboard different types of users, and manage organizational access.
RWA TVL Across ZeroDev Accounts Reaches $585,000
RWA balances across ZeroDev accounts on Base and BNB Chain increased by approximately $321,000 during August, more than doubling from July.

Base accounted for most of the growth. RWA TVL held in ZeroDev accounts on the network rose from approximately $27,000 to $312,000, reaching more than 11 times its July level.
BNB Chain also reached a new high of approximately $273,000, an increase of 15% month over month.
This growth reflects a broader need for infrastructure that can support real financial assets without exposing users to the complexity of moving funds across networks.
Smart Routing Address React UI Simplifies Cross-Chain Deposits
Smart Routing Addresses give each user a single address for receiving assets from supported exchanges, onramps, and blockchains. ZeroDev then routes those assets to the destination selected by the application.
Users receive a familiar deposit experience without needing to manage bridges, choose the correct network, or understand the routing infrastructure behind a transaction.
Teams can now integrate this experience faster using the new Smart Routing Address React UI.
The component handles the core deposit flow out of the box. Developers can use it as provided or customize it to match their application, reducing the time and engineering work required to build the interface from scratch.

Enterprise SSO Brings Centralized Access Management to ZeroDev
Organizations need account access that aligns with their existing security and identity-management processes.
Customers on ZeroDev Enterprise plans can now request SSO for the ZeroDev Dashboard. This allows organizations to manage authentication and access through their existing identity provider, making ZeroDev easier to adopt across larger teams.
ZeroDev Playground Adds Third-Party Wallet Support
The ZeroDev Playground now supports third-party wallet connections alongside embedded wallets.
Developers can test a single application flow for users connecting wallets such as MetaMask and users signing in through email or social login.
Supporting both options helps teams serve crypto-native users while reducing onboarding friction for people interacting with an onchain application for the first time.
Try third-party wallet connections in the ZeroDev Playground.
Financial and Consumer Applications Building With ZeroDev
ZeroDev infrastructure supports a growing range of financial and consumer applications:
Upcoming ZeroDev Features and Network Support
Upcoming ZeroDev releases will expand how users fund their accounts and make multi-step onchain actions easier for developers to implement.
More Smart Routing Address Routes
ZeroDev is adding Smart Routing Address routes for Robinhood Chain, MegaETH, and BNB Chain. Robinhood Chain support is also expected to move out of beta soon.
Developers can track current availability in the supported chains and tokens documentation.
Smart Recipes for Multi-Step Onchain Actions
ZeroDev is also preparing to introduce Smart Recipes, a developer-facing layer built on Smart Routing Addresses.
Smart Recipes will allow developers to express outcomes such as depositing into a vault or bridging and swapping through a single call. Developers will not need to integrate bridges, swap aggregators, protocol contracts, and relayers separately for each flow.
Unified Accounts, Server Wallets, and Account Abstraction
Additional work underway includes:
Making Onchain Applications Easier to Build and Use
August’s RWA TVL growth shows that more assets are moving through ZeroDev accounts. The product updates surrounding that growth address the other half of the equation: making onchain experiences easier for developers to build and easier for users to navigate.

July 2026 Newsletter
ZeroDev processed more than $1B in outgoing volume and 4.33M UserOps in July, alongside the launch of ZeroDev Wallet and new ecosystem integrations.
